Raised in a family of restauranteurs, Vincent Merly discovered the secrets of the kitchen and became passionate about pastry. Vincent Merly decided to turn his passion into his career.

At only 29 years old, he became the Head Pastry Chef of Atmosph’R at the Renaissance Aix-en-Provence hotel where he manages a specialized and passionate team with an iron hand in a velvet glove !
